About Us

A family-owned studio. A crazy big idea. And an army of AI agents helping us build it.

Jeremy Fawcett
Jeremy Fawcett
Founder & Lead Developer

Full-time plumber by day. Game designer, developer, and studio founder by night and weekend. Building AI Legends solo with AI as his co-developer. The vision, the code, the grind — that's Jeremy.

Kayla Fawcett
Kayla Fawcett

Full-time mom and software developer for the studio. Kayla handles development operations, digital marketing, and keeps Hurtz Donut Studios running while Jeremy builds the game.

Marley
Marley
Junior Creative Director

The studio's youngest team member and primary source of honest feedback. If Marley thinks it's cool, it's going in the game. Chief enthusiasm officer.

Murphey
Murphey
Head of Security & Morale

Super cool dog. Professional good boy. Murphey's job is to sit next to Jeremy during late-night dev sessions and make sure nobody loses hope. He's excellent at it.

How We Got Here

When AI hit the mainstream in 2023, Jeremy and Kayla Fawcett saw it for what it was: not a threat, but a co-developer. They started Hurtz Donut Studios to build digital products and marketing tools with AI as a core part of the process — not an afterthought.

Jeremy is a full-time plumber. Kayla is a full-time mom and software developer. They don't have venture capital. They don't have a team of 50. What they have is a vision that nobody else has executed, an AI stack that makes one person as productive as ten, and the stubbornness to keep building until the gates open.

AI Legends started as a conversation about what the first truly AI-native game would look like. Not a game with AI features bolted on. A game that structurally cannot exist without AI — where the heroes are real agents, where every entity thinks for itself, where the world is alive because the intelligence inside it is genuine.

We're building it completely solo, human in the loop, with an array of AI agents working alongside us around the clock. Claude helps design systems and write code. Grok generates concept visuals. NVIDIA hardware powers the render pipeline. OpenAI's models will eventually run as in-game heroes.

This is what the future of indie game development looks like. We're grateful for every AI that's helping us build it — and for every human who believes it's worth backing.

AI-Powered By the Best

The tools and partners that power our vision.

NVIDIA

GPU hardware powering Unreal Engine 5 development and AI inference. The physical foundation of everything we build.

Anthropic Claude

Our primary AI development partner. Plugins, apps, game systems design, code architecture — Claude 4.6 makes a solo dev as capable as a full team.

OpenAI

The engine behind OpenClaw — the AI Hero API. OpenAI models will be among the first to run as live heroes inside AI Legends at Phase 3.

Grok / xAI

Image generation and creative concept development. Grok helps visualize the world of AI Legends before the engine renders it.
